this place is super cosy and all the staff were really nice n attentive. our room was so comfy n spacious, and breakfast was delish with tons of choices. loved the xmas vibes in december with all the decorations and fireplaces around the bar. also enjoyed some live music in the bar at night! overall, had an amazin stay here and we would totally recommend it to others.
only thing that could be better is the lack of entertainment during the week, and maybe a bit too formal for our liking.

A warm welcome from staff, especially Naomi, set a positive tone for our stay. The spacious and comfortable deluxe room offered relaxation after our long drive. Highlights included a standout, cooked-to-order breakfast and enjoyable live music at the bar. some areas felt slightly dated, the heating was inconsistent, and the noise from the bar could be heard in our room.

The breakfast spread was mouthwatering with so many delicious choices, and oh my goodness, the festive decorations made the atmosphere magical! Plus, enjoying live music while sipping on a cozy drink was just the cherry on top.

We had a fantastic stay where we enjoyed a cozy evening by the fire with live music and had the most delicious breakfast with plenty of options. The gardens offered lovely spots to relax and unwind, which was just what we needed. One little thing to mention is that the rooms are a bit warm without air conditioning, but it didn't spoil our overall experience. 😊

What a charming place! My spacious room was warm and comfy, and the cozy bar vibes were delightful. Loved the festive decorations everywhere—just perfect for a quick festive getaway.
But honestly, the dinner could've used a bit more life—like a salad or something. Eating a 'no-frills burger' was amusing, but not exactly gourmet!

Lacked a comfy bar/lounge area for socializing!!! The blunt knives at breakfast made meals frustrating. AC in rooms is a must for the future!!! Private dining feels isolating instead of inviting!!!

I had a pleasant stay in a Deluxe Double or Twin Room. The staff were exceptional and the breakfast options were excellent and tasty. the knives at breakfast were blunt, making cutting difficult. I missed having a cosier bar area to interact with other guests. Great for a short stay or special occasions.

We had a blast staying here with our large breed dog! The kids loved the dedicated games area, keeping them entertained regardless of the weather. After visiting the stunning Giant's Causeway, we enjoyed delicious coffee and scones on arrival—perfect after a fun-filled day exploring.
In my wife’s opinion, a dog-friendly area outside would be great.

Had a fantastic time with friends! Perfect base to explore the Giants Causeway and Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge. Enjoyed the games area and loved the screening at the unique Still Room Cinema after a lovely dinner. Great craic with live music at a local pub made it special.
One little downside, though. The waitress cleared our table while I was still eating, which I find a bit rude.

The stay was fantastic! The unique Still Room Cinema was a highlight, providing a cozy place to enjoy a film after a delightful dinner in the award-winning restaurant. It served as the perfect base for exploring attractions like the Giant's Causeway and Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, making it easy to unwind with friends. one staff member’s lack of courtesy was noticeable, but it didn’t overshadow the overall experience.
